A mile long tie that acts as a corset, threads through a series of fabric loops set along a seam inset along the waist. You can tie and wrap and cinch - or not- in as many ways as you can think up! I have shown it tied and cinched in the most basic of ways but you could come up with dozens of alternatives. When not tied the dress is actually a loose fitting smock dress that comes out from the shoulders in that classic Ossie Clark cut. Modified leg of mutton sleeves, a smocked back panel and dog ear collar add the perfect finishes. Excellent condition.
